[Basic Pistol Morning Course at the Astro Range] - Sat. 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

This course is taught by NRA Certified Instructors for individuals that have little or no firearms shooting experience and individuals that need to review the basics.  Pistol parts and operation, difference in calibers as well as safety with revolvers and semi-automatics will be covered.  Loading, unloading, cocking, uncocking, clearing jams, grip, and aim will be taught.  22 LR pistols and ammo will be provided with this course to teach you to shoot or to gain additional skills in shooting a semi-automatic pistol.  This course will help you learn the functions and features that will help you gain knowledge about your pistol or to purchase your first firearm.  In addition, this class is an excellent preparation for the Concealed Handgun Course.  Class size is limited to offer plenty of one on one training and do fill up quickly.  Cost is $75.00 per person.
